The Golden Rules of Financial Freedom

Podcast – Special Fresh Start for Life Episode v2

Charles Laputka

My clients often want to know how they should handle burdensome debt obligations and get a fresh start towards a better financial future. Since 1997 I have helped thousands of people overcome mountains of debt in one way or another. As the owner of the Laputka Law Office, I regularly counsel clients regarding mortgage foreclosure, asset protection planning, collection issues and credit restoration.

I began my career in the credit/debt industry one summer during high school where I worked in a call center placing cold calls to pre-qualified consumers a Mastercard. This job taught me with a wealth of interpersonal and sales experience.

The next summer I began working in the repossession department of a local bank. This was my first experience learning about defaulted credit issues and hearing the personal stories of hard working men and women who were unable to make ends meet despite working long hours and multiple jobs.

At the end of that summer I returned to college and began working in the collections department of national bank where I experienced hard working families, all over the country, struggling to make their mortgage and auto loan payments. Resolving loan defaults with hundreds of consumers over the next few years taught me compassion for people from all walks of life.

Most importantly, I learned serious financial problems happen and the ability to get a fresh start is an invaluable opportunity to anyone struggling with debt/credit.

While I’ve met a lot of people in my career, few compare to attorney Golden when it comes to his passion for helping his clients through the Fresh Start For Life program. I was so impressed with his mission I instantly knew I had to be a part of his team and offer the Fresh Start For Life program to every single one of my clients. I’ve been practicing law for more years than I care to admit and I am proud to be a part of attorney Golden’s mission to educate people struggling with debt on how they can build a better financial future!”
